Brand new and hot off the welding table, I'm proud to present these 240 strut braces!  Click for juicy info and pictures.

8mm spark plug wires for 200/700/900 series

Our performance spark plug wires are designed to be a direct fit into Volvo 240's, 740's, 760's, and 940's.  These wires assembled by hand using a high quality terminal crimping tool.  Each connector is crimped tightly and then inspected to ensure that it won't pull off under normal use.  We decided to use Taylor's 8mm Spiro-Pro silicone spark plug wire for its versatility, pliability and array of color choices.

Turbo oil line and fitting kits (for all Volvo B21, B23, B230 redblock engines)

Adapters and fittings to take oil from one of two places, the 1/8" NPT hole near the front of the block, or the 1/4" NPT hole at the very front of the block.  High quality steel fittings, 250psi abrasion resistant hose.  A wide selection of the most commonly needed JIC fittings (similar to AN) are also available by request.

240 3" Turbo Exhaust System
Direct bolt in, turbo to tail.  Features:

Flex section, v-band, Magnaflow catalytic converter, over axle, one Moroso spiral flow muffler in front of the axle, one Magnaflow 5"x8"x18" oval rear muffler. 

 

Utilizing 3" piping and straight through mufflers the turbo is able to breathe easier, which will improve its performance.  When converting from the factory turbo 240 exhaust to our system, users can expect a noticeable gain in performance and sometimes a few psi more boost.  Uncorking the flow path behind the turbo makes it spin easier, which is where the extra few psi comes from.  It is usually only a 1-3psi increase.

 

Two mufflers and a cat make for a fairly quiet 3" system, perfect for a daily driver.  This is the setup that I run on my 242 and I have taken the car across the country 3 times with no complaints from my passengers.  For weekend warriors looking for that louder more aggressive tone, you might choose to delete the middle muffler, the price will be lower as well.  For racing vehicles you might choose to go without a catalytic converter, because launch control and spark cut rev limiters will destroy them.

M45/46/47 short throw shifters

Tighten up that sloppy shifter!  Our new short throw shifter kit replaces nearly everything that connects your hand to the transmission, eliminating 90% of the slop.  Stainless steel construction utilizing spherical and needle bearings, it will incorporate an aluminum reverse lockout mechanism, and it includes an optional shifter knob with an overdrive button for those of you with M46 transmissions.  But the biggest attraction is its ability to reduce shift throws from around 6" on the stock shifter to a much crisper 3" between gears!  Price will be around $160 and I hope to have these available in late April.
